Hello! I love Japanese culture, festivals, and music, so being a stage manager at Matsuri Brisbane is a match made in heaven. I can't wait to see all the amazing performances that this year's festival will bring!

Born and raised in Kyoto, I spent 2024 at Griffith Uni. in Brisbane, where I first joined the Matsuri Brisbane organising team. Although I’m coordinating remotely from Japan this year, I’m committed to making sure every visitor can fully enjoy the sights, sounds and flavours of Japanese culture on festival day.
